Wafer Paper Cake

This is a light 4 layer sponge cake featuring layers of fresh whipped cream and mixed fruit jam! Our cakes come in a range of sizes and flavours to suit every occasion — birthday, anniversary, wedding, baby celebration and more.

Please note the cake shown in the image is an 8 inch cake.

We will bake it just for you, so customise your cake by choosing the right size, mouth-watering fillings, and frostings.

Serving numbers are approximate guidelines by Cake Break — the actual portion numbers will vary according to how the cake is sliced.

About Wafer Paper: Wafer paper is made from potato or corn starch, water, and vegetable oil.

It adds almost no weight to the cake tiers.

The paper dissolves quickly on the tongue, similar to cotton candy, and plain unflavoured sheets contain almost zero sugar.

Important notes: The dark colour in the cream may taste slightly bitter and may also stain.

In some cases it may cause hyperactivity in children.

We recommend our cakes should be stored in a fridge and consumed within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

Non-edible decorations: Some of our cakes have wired sugar/silk flowers inserted safely into the cake.

These wired decorations are non-edible and must be removed after cutting and before serving.
